Isn’t it fun seeing Alicia starring in Good Wives Gone Wild? Judging by the flippy new hairdo she’s sporting this season, something happened in that $7,800-per-night presidential suite that really made her hair curl (and maybe her toes, too). For those pure-of-heart fans who still want to believe that, once she and Will got into that hotel room, they just played on-demand Nintendo games all night, the opening montage discounts that notion, juxtaposing close-ups of Alicia’s new I-just-slept-with-my-boss! glow with video footage of Hamas bombings. No doubt about it: Saint Florrick’s been indulging in some morally-questionable behavior. And from the moment we see her getting off the elevator at Lockhart Gardner, it’s obvious what’s changed. She’s happy.

Excuse us, did we just say getting off? Please forgive us. We’re still caught up in all the double entendres that everyone’s slinging around this week. Among our favorites? Okay, we’re joking: there’s nothing sexy about that last one. Apparently, Diane’s old friend Wasim has convinced the firm to defend a college kid named Jamal, who (Wasim believes) attended an inter-faith rally for Jewish and Palestinian students and ended up in a fistfight sparked by an anti-Hamas video. Twenty students were involved, and only one—a Muslim with no previous record—was charged. Plus, there’s an unfortunate coincidence: a Jewish fraternity brother named Simon was killed the same night, bound and gagged and stabbed forty-five times, and left with a backward Swastika carved into his forehead. (Later, when Wasim finds out that Jamal’s the prime suspect, he’ll want to distance himself from the case.) Now, what should have been a misdemeanor battery charge is being tried as a hate crime. As Wasim explains, “The new district’s attorney wants to appear tough on his first day.”

Scarlett`s legal atorney Marty Singer is on the attack and is warning a bunch of websites that Scarlett ownes the copyright to her hacked pitcures. He has demanded that the sites who has posted the pitcures remove them or face legal actions.

Singer says: “The highly personal and private photographs at issue capture our client self-posing in her own home in a state of undress and/or topless.”

Singer also adds: “If you fail to comply, you will be acting at your own peril. Please govern yourselves accordingly.”

Scarlett`s people have also contacted the FBI, and the feds are investigating.

Since One Tree Hill Sophia had been keeping a low profile, she has put all of her focus into charity and most recently designed a limited edition to waterbobble.com. The reusable water bottle filters water as you drink, to raise proceed in aid of the The Nature Conservancy , which aims to protect the lands and water that plants, animals and natural communities need to survive.

Sophia hopes that her charity work will inspire young people all around the world, and especially her fans to understand the meaning of giving back, and how much you can change if you are passioned about a cause.

A member of the hit cable TV show “Deadliest Catch” fishing crew has been found dead in an Alaska motel room, police said Wednesday.

Justin Tennison, who worked on the Time Bandit, one of the vessels on the popular Discovery Channel reality series that depicts the crab fishing industry in the dangerous waters off Alaska, was found dead Tuesday afternoon in Homer, authorities said about the deadliest catch start found dead.

Beer, hard liquor and a small amount of marijuana were found in the room, Homer police Lt. Randy Rosencrans said. Police believe a party was held in the room on Monday night — two rooms were registered under Tennison’s name and nearby guests complained about the noise.

The 33-year-old Tennison is set to make a posthumous debut in the series’ seventh season, which is scheduled to begin in April, Discovery spokesman Josh Weinberg said.

“Justin was tough as a bull and was an all-around good hand,” a statement posted on the Time Bandit’s official website said.

Weinberg also released a statement, saying Discovery was saddened by the news.

“We send our sympathies to his entire family and fellow crew members during this most difficult time,” the statement said.

TMZ previously reported that Tennison had died.

The cause of death was unknown Wednesday afternoon and foul play isn’t suspected, Rosencrans said. An autopsy by the state medical examiner’s office was scheduled to take place later Wednesday.

The death comes a little more than year after Capt. Phil Harris of the “Deadliest Catch” fishing vessel Cornelia Marie died following a massive stroke at age 53, deadliest catch start found dead.

Julia Roberts just released a new movie, in August “Full Frontal” will be on cinemas worldwide. But the thing Diane Sawyer was mosttly interested in when Julia was her guest at “Good Morning America”, was her marriage on 4th of July to no other than cameraman Danny Moder. And Julia confirmed for the first that that she was married to this guy.

“I really hope there are people who agree that I have done good things in my life, but I was for real born to love and be this mans wife,” Julia said. “He is just perfect for me. He is unselfish stands by his choices and will never blame it on anybody else, and I have never in my entire career seen anyone else doing that.”

Of course, everyone has got their bad sides. The choice he made to divorce makeup artist Vera Steimberg, which he divorced just one month before Julia Roberts tied the knot with her husband Danny Moder. Danny and the “Runaway Bride” met when they were doing “The Mexican” movie here they romanticly linked their romantic relationship after Julia Roberts breakup after a four-year long relationship with Benjamin Bratt.

Julia Roberts took note that Danny Moder’s married status just made the relationship they had very complicated. But now shes saying that all things are going very well  for them and had worked out for the best, even for Julia’s exhusband Bratt. This photograph was taken around the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City, right by Central Park. It was quite the day and also quite the learning experience.

Upon hearing that Sarah was going to be there shooting, I figured that I’d get there bright and early to get some exclusives. Little did I realize that around 50 other photographers also thought the same thing. Because of this, many photographers essentially have the same photos of her. It’s photos like the one above that stand out because of the fact that there are an extra ten photographers that stayed behind after shooting.

That day was rough. Between being yelled at for getting in the way of other photographers and not giving others enough space to work, I was also quite under-equipped. The Canon 5D Mk II and 24-105mm F4 L IS is not exactly a combo that most photographers carry with them to shoot celebs, especially when that celeb is halfway down a city block. Despite the disadvantages, the 21MP sensor allows photographers to crop in to nearly the center of the photos and still produce very usable and lovely results. This is what happened to me for most of my shots. It isn’t the case with the above photo, where Sarah is about seven feet away from the camera.

Besides professional photographers, there were also the loads of fans trying to squeeze their way in to take a picture for bragging rights—as well as the occasional and dangerously close NYC buses and Taxi cabs that were right behind or sometimes besides us.

Now also consider the deadline for many photographers: if you’re shooting for an agency, you need to get them your photos right away so that they can make the sale and so that both you and your agency make money. Otherwise, you’ll be fighting tooth and nail in a very over-saturated market. To do this, I located the nearest Barnes and Noble and edited the photos on a Macbook and uploaded them onto the agency’s server via the free wifi. After that, it was off to the set again to shoot another batch. This process repeated itself around four times. It ensured timeliness.

Something like that isn’t for the weak: lugging photo gear and a Macbook around along 10 city blocks in the hot and humid NYC summer isn’t exactly fun. It’s actually recommended that you bring a water bottle.

So did I get to talk to Sarah? No, she was way too busy. In my opinion, she photographs beautifully but isn’t particularly attractive in person. Perhaps it was the angles though.

Sarah was and still is a precious commodity for celebrity photographers. Widely known and busy females are what make sales to magazines and newspapers. When photographers speak to the readers and buyers though, we see a different story. Sit down in the NYC subway any day of the week and take a look at what your female riders are reading. If it isn’t a self-help magazine or book of some sort, then perhaps it is a tabloid with the latest celebrity gossip. Now take a look at the pages they spend the most time on: they’re mostly staring at the images of men. Not just any men: very good looking men. It’s a fact, many heterosexual females will rather stare at a picture of Gerard Butler with his shirt off than Sarah Jessica Parker on the set of a movie. In contrast, men are the ones that want the half-naked Hollywood sweethearts—but we tend to do online for those these days.

Because of this fact, magazines and media sources in general should pay lots more for images of men. The good looking ones are just as objectified as some females. It really isn’t fair for female celebrities to be chased down just because there is a lot of money involved in getting snapshots of her; and yes it is mostly the females.

In summary, Sarah Jessica Parker was a pleasure to shoot. But it really wasn’t worth the pay.
